Iris L. Tirado, J.D. is a bilingual Florida Notary Public, graduated Juris Doctor (lawyer) in Puerto Rico, entrepreneur, and public servant with more than 30 years of professional experience spanning the legal, government, environmental health, research, and education sectors.

Throughout her distinguished career, Iris has served federal and state government agencies, supported attorneys in complex legal matters, coordinated multidisciplinary research projects, taught at the University of Puerto Rico, trained government professionals in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and led teams across diverse public service initiatives. She has also founded two successful businesses dedicated to serving the community through accessible legal support and professional services.
